		<description>Nadine - my personal experience in the cities of Holland so many people speak three or four languages. Here in the antipodes we are pretty bad at any thing other than english (even that is arguable) - probably has a lot to do with not having so many languages in close proximity.

Our geography as such does not encourage multi lingual, however Mandarin is now an option in our schools
