		<description>Nadine, I agree with you, looking back is not something you always want to do and it can even be painful. I try to find a balance where I review and learn and then move on.  Otherwise, you can wallow in things that have passed rather than continuing to move forward. Congratulations on the Passion Project! I will pop over there and read your post.
